Graham Clark joined Phlexglobal in January 2018, as Chief Operating Officer, with a proven track record in Operations, Strategy and Change management. Graham brings with him 20 years’ experience from financial and professional services including time at Barclays and Allianz. During his career Graham has held various roles in Operations, Change and IT with increasing levels of responsibility. Graham is known for building strong teams around a compelling vision, providing clear focus and results orientation and managing teams though transformational change. As COO Graham is responsible for all Phlexglobal operations, with sites in the UK, Europe and the US. His team also manages all client implementations. Graham holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analysis from Leicester University.
