Accessing Your Zendesk Account

1. You can access Zendesk via PhlexTMF. After logging into PhlexTMF, select the question mark on the toolbar

2. Select the Help Me button and you will be automatically re-directed to the Zendesk page. Alternatively, you can access Zendesk outside of PhlexTMF via the following link:
https://phlexglobal.zendesk.com/

3. If this is your first attempt at logging in, select Sign up. Note: Do not log into Zendesk with your PhlexTMF credentials as this method will not work. If you are logging into Zendesk for the first time, select the Sign up option as it is necessary to set up the password

4. Enter your full name and email address

5. An email is sent to your email account.

6. Open an email and select Create a password.

7. You will be taken to the Zendesk page where you can type in your new password.

8. Click Set password.
